Last week, the Arts Council brought me along as they visited Linda Beeman in tiny town Ovid, MI. Linda was a recent recipient of an artist’s grant and we wanted to check in with her, check out her work, and see what kind of space she lives in. She is a printmaker who works in a Japanese technique called moku hanga. Linda works to capture the natural beauty of the world in much of her work and the finished pieces are truly astounding. Check out some of her work at her blog.
